Gui Ossig is a licensed manual osteopath and a personal trainer and strength coach. He has over 16 years of experience in helping clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals. He is passionate about providing holistic and evidence-based care to his patients, using a variety of manual techniques, exercises, and lifestyle advice. Gui graduated from the National Academy of Osteopathy with a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP) and holds a Bachelor of Science and Education in Physical Education from the Lutheran University of Brazil. Gui specializes in sports science and medicine of sports from PUCRS/Brazil treating musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, chronic conditions, and postural problems. He also has a keen interest in preventive health and wellness education. Gui believes that everyone can benefit from osteopathic care, regardless of their age or activity level. He strives to create a positive and supportive environment for his patients, where they can feel comfortable and empowered to take charge of their health. When he is not working at the clinic, Gui enjoys spending time with his family, biking, coaching volleyball and playing pickleball. He is also an avid reader and learner, always looking for new ways to improve his skills and knowledge. Michelle has always wanted a career that allows her to help people feel their absolute best, physically and in turn mentally. As an Athletic Therapist she is able to fulfill her dream. Michelle has worked with high school varsity football for a number of years and has also worked under an orthopedic surgeon as a rehabilitationist specifically focused on pre and post operative arthritic hips and knees. Michelle hopes to get back into football in the future, and also hopes to create another rehabilitation program for those suffering with arthritis in the hips and knees. Aside from hands on treatment and therapy for her clients she is also a Yoga teacher and has taught various types of Yoga classes for 15 years now. “Yoga has been a huge passion of mine since I was a teen. It helps me stay focused and stay grounded”. When she is not in the clinic or a Yoga studio she is chasing her two little boys around at home.
